We are looking for French-speaking Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join an international HR team supporting the French market.
This role is ideal for recruitment professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy stakeholder management, and are passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meeting to offer acceptance.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract top talent through job boards, talent pools, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Screen applications and conduct phone and video interviews.
- Present qualified candidates and support Hiring Managers throughout the selection process.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate journey from application to offer.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and leverage data to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and talent attraction strategies.
- Promote Diversity & Inclusion throughout all recruitment activities.

What We're Looking For
Fluent French & English (written and spoken)
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics and KPIs
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
Proactive, organised, and results-oriented approach
